After booking the experience, you will receive an email with top-secret mission details, such as your starting location, the phone number you’ll need to contact via WhatsApp throughout the mission, and a secret code to kick things off!

1. It’s simple! All you need is a well-charged mobile phone with internet access and WhatsApp. To enhance your experience, we suggest you bring a few additional items, including:

You can play solo or with a group, both have their pros and cons! Solo play lets you go at your own pace and crack the case on your own, while group play is a fun social activity that encourages teamwork. Either way, you'll enjoy exploring the city and solving challenging puzzles.

We recommend groups of 2 – 6 people, and to split off in teams if you have more players.

One person in your group will send and receive WhatsApp messages on behalf of the team. Gathering around the phone and reading aloud is part of the fun!

Games last around 3 hours (on average), depending on your pace, how often you stop for breaks, and how quickly you solve the puzzles!

Each game is self-paced, allowing you to take your time and enjoy the experience.

Our puzzles vary in difficulty and are designed to suit all levels of players, from beginners to puzzle pros. If you ever get stuck, the person guiding you via WhatsApp will be ready to offer a helpful hint to keep you on track.

Of course! Our game is available to start at any time of the day or night, any day of the week. However, we recommend starting your adventure no later than 2pm to get the full experience and make the most out of your day.

All our games end in iconic locations – but these are only revealed to you once you've successfully completed all the puzzles, making for a thrilling and satisfying end to your adventure!

If it starts raining during your game, don't worry! You can take shelter along the route if needed. If you know it will be pouring, we suggest bringing an umbrella. If you prefer not to play in wet weather, you can resume playing on any other day, at any other time.

If your phone dies during the game, simply recharge it and restart the game from where you left off. To avoid any interruptions, we recommend that you fully charge your phone before starting the game and to bring along a portable charger just in case you need it.

No, there are no physical challenges or obstacles in the game. The walking route of each game is designed to be around 2.5km. It should be easy and manageable for all players, regardless of your physical ability. There are also plenty of cafés to rest and recharge along the way.
